Weddings
Base Rental Rate includes tables & chairs set-up is $1500.00. this fee does not include Kitchen, bar or other rooms adjacent to the main hall. The fee to rent the professional kitchen for food preparation is $400.00 and to rent the kitchen for use by outside caterer for service only is $100.00. If you require the use of our ice machine, that fee is $25.00.
The long room adjacent to the hall is $200.00 additional fee, this room may expand the seating capacity of the hall. The smaller room by the kitchen is $50.00 additional fee.
All renters must purchase security and insurance. The insurance fee is $200.00. Security rates vary depending upon the number of guests. We require 1 guard for every 75 people, each guard has a 4 hour minimum charge at $30.00 per hour.
There is a mandatory $500.00 cleaning/reservation deposit to rent the hall. This deposit may be refundable depending upon the condition of the hall after your event. No date will be held until this deposit is met.
Quinceneras
We welcome quinceneras and the rates are the same as for weddings. There is one rule which is throughout the diocese: Absolutely no alcohol is allowed at a quincenera event, not even beer.
Other events
As a non-profit organization, St. Michaels welcomes other non-profit groups to rent our hall for their events. To keep our non-profit status, we will not rent out the hall to any potential customer who is holding a For-Profit event. We are limited to non-profit groups and sacramental or religious celebrations.
